2 cups vegetable broth (or chicken broth for a non-vegetarian option)

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk for a dairy-free alternative)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or vegan cheese substitute)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare the Rice: In a medium saucepan, combine the uncooked long-grain white rice with the vegetable broth. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat.
