For the Grilled Chicken:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Juice of 1 lemon

For the Caesar Dressing:

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 clove garlic, minced

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

For Assembly:

1 head of Romaine lettuce (or butter lettuce)

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup croutons (optional)

Extra grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until well blended.

      - Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are thoroughly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes, or for up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.

        Prepare the Dressing:

          - In a small mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.

            - Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper as needed. Set the dressing aside.

              Grill the Chicken:

                - Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

                  - Remove the marinated chicken from the bowl and discard the remaining marinade. Grill the chicken for approximately 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
