Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 small tomato, diced

1/2 cup pickles, diced

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup mustard

12 mini taco cones (store-bought or homemade)

Cooking spray or oil for frying (if needed)

Instructions

Prepare the Ground Beef:

In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Use a spatula to break it apart into smaller pieces. Cook the beef for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it's fully browned and no longer pink. Once cooked, drain any excess fat from the skillet.

      Season the Beef:

Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce over the browned beef. Stir thoroughly to ensure even seasoning, allowing the mixture to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices become aromatic and well-blended. Remove from heat and set aside.

          Assemble the Taco Cones:

If using store-bought mini taco cones, proceed to the next step. For homemade cones, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape tortillas around a cone mold or a rolled piece of aluminum foil, then bake them in the oven for 10-12 minutes until they are crispy and golden. Allow the cones to cool slightly before filling.

              Fill the Cones:

Carefully take each mini taco cone and begin by adding a generous layer of the seasoned ground beef to the bottom of the cone. Follow this with a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, allowing it to nestle in with the beef.

                  Add Fresh Toppings:

Next, layer a handful of shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and pickles on top of the beef and cheese. To enhance the classic cheeseburger flavor, drizzle ketchup and mustard over the toppings, adding as much or as little as you desire.

                      Serve:

To serve, arrange the filled taco cones upright in a muffin tin for support, or alternatively, display them artistically on a decorative platter. Consider serving additional ketchup and mustard on the side for those who wish to dip.

                          Enjoy!

Indulge in this delightful fusion of cheeseburgers and tacos! Each crispy bite offers a wonderful medley of flavors and textures that are sure to impress your guests.
