2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

1/4 cup croutons, crushed (for an added crunchy texture)

Prepare the Chicken: If you’re using leftovers or store-bought rotisserie chicken, shred or cut it into bite-sized pieces. For freshly cooked chicken, season it with salt and pepper, and either grill or bake until fully cooked (about 15-20 minutes). Allow the chicken to cool before shredding.

    Mix the Filling: In a spacious mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes. Stir gently until everything is thoroughly coated and well mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as preferred.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a large tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.
