Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

4-6 tablespoons chocolate sauce (for drizzling)

Extra graham cracker crumbs and mini marshmallows for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

In a medium mixing bowl, blend the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and granulated sugar. Stir until all crumbs are evenly coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.

      Layer the Crust:

Spoon approximately 2 tablespoons of the crust mixture into the bottom of each serving jar. Use the back of a spoon or your fingers to press the mixture down firmly, ensuring a compact and even base.

          Make the Cheesecake Filling:

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth and creamy. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well after each addition until the mixture is fluffy and well-blended.

              Whip the Cream:

In a separate bowl, pour in the heavy cream and whip on high speed until soft peaks begin to form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture using a spatula until fully combined. Do this gently to maintain the light and airy texture.

                  Add the Chocolate and Marshmallows:

Gently incorporate the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips into the cheesecake mixture, ensuring they're evenly distributed throughout for that delightful sweet burst in every bite.

                      Layer the Cheesecake:

Spoon the creamy cheesecake filling on top of the crust in each jar, filling them up to about ¾ full. Leave room for toppings to ensure a beautiful presentation.

                          Top with Extra Ingredients:

Drizzle a generous amount of chocolate sauce over the cheesecake layer in each jar. To finish, sprinkle extra graham cracker crumbs and scatter a few mini marshmallows on top for added texture and sweetness.

                              Chill the Jars:

Cover each jar with a lid or plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator. Allow them to chill for a minimum of 4 hours or ideally overnight, which helps the cheesecake set beautifully.

                                  Serve and Enjoy:

Just before serving, for that authentic campfire feeling, toast additional mini marshmallows on a skewer until golden brown. Place them artfully atop the jars as a delicious garnish, and enjoy this delightful treat!
